WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver Worldwide!

Deliver to UK (mainland) is £10 via Royal Mail or Parcel force for first order and then £5 per additional item. Delivery time is usually within five working days

It is no problem to deliver to Worldwide; however there may be additional charges and these can only be handled by emailing your order to us so we can quote these delivery costs before ordering.

WHEN AM I CONTACTED TO ARRANGE DELIVERY? *

As soon as we have your ordered item(s) you will be contacted either by City of Leather or one of its carriers to arrange delivery via telephone and email. If you have ordered multiple items we will hold items until the full order is ready for delivery and contact you then.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

In many cases we will be able to deliver from stock, so 5 working days. However, delivery times may also exceed these times should stocks be sold earlier than anticipated. Made To Measure Items will take 28 days to arrive to us and deliver to you.


WHO WILL DELIVER?

Either Royal Mail or Parcel Force or one of its carrier companies will undertake delivery.

CAN I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

To track orders please email sales@cityofleather.com where our transport will then contact you and update you on the status of the goods.

RETURNS DURING THE COOLING OFF PERIOD

You have 7 days to decide to keep your ordered items or return them for a refund.

This exceeds, but does not affect, our legal obligation to our customers under the European Directive on distance selling (Which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), whereby our customers have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days without having to give us a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods.

We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, but the charge to send the goods back will need to covered by yourself (cost to warehouse in London via a local transporter or our recommended company) will be deducted from your refund which you will receive within 14 days of the receipt of the goods back at our warehouse. We politely request that all goods be packed in the original packaging and in perfect condition. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS

Where you have received damaged or defective goods we will, of course, arrange for these to be taken away and a replacement or refund arranged. You shall be provided with a full refund within 14 days.

Where the defect or damage is readily visible this should be highlighted at the time of delivery. In such a situation the carrier will be instructed to contact the City of Leather office and the piece can the approved for immediate removal. Any further claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made to us within three working days of delivery
